Welcome to Robed in Righteousness Co. an online clothing company offering custom apparel through our partnership with Printful, a print-on-demand service. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, customers, and others accessing our Site.

1. General Conditions

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or have legal guardian consent to use our Site or purchase our products. By using the Site, you confirm you meet these requirements.

  • Account Responsibility: To place orders, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at landryj@righteousrobesco.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

  • Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during account creation, checkout, or any other interactions with us. We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect information provided by you.

  • Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, violation of these Terms, or other reasonable grounds.

2. Products and Orders

  • Product Descriptions: All apparel (e.g., t-shirts, hoodies) is produced on-demand by Printful. We strive to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate but cannot guarantee perfection due to variations in production or display settings (e.g., colors may vary slightly on different screens). All products are subject to availability.

  • Order Acceptance: Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel orders due to stock issues, payment problems, or other reasons, with notice provided via email. Refunds for canceled orders will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Pricing: Prices are listed in USD (or your local currency at checkout, where applicable) and exclude taxes, shipping, and any customs/duties for international orders. Prices may change without notice, but changes will not affect confirmed orders. Errors in pricing will be corrected, and we may cancel orders with significant pricing errors, offering a refund or the option to repurchase at the correct price.

  • Custom Orders: For personalized or custom-designed apparel, you confirm you have the right to use any submitted designs, logos, or text. We are not liable for intellectual property disputes arising from your submissions.

3. Payment

  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other methods shown at checkout. You agree to provide valid payment information.

  • Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of order. Orders are not processed until payment is confirmed. For international orders, currency conversion fees or other charges from your bank are your responsibility.

  • Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable sales taxes, VAT, or other taxes based on your location. These may be added at checkout or applied by local authorities for international shipments.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Policy: All orders are fulfilled and shipped by Printful. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details on processing times, delivery estimates, shipping costs, and international customs/duties. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Risk of Loss: Risk of loss or damage transfers to you once the order is handed to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by carriers or external factors (e.g., weather, customs delays).

  • Incorrect Addresses: You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. Additional fees or loss of order may occur if the address is incorrect or incomplete.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

  • Return Policy: Due to the custom nature of our apparel, returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect items (e.g., wrong size, color, or design not as ordered). Notify us within 7 days of delivery at landryj@righteousrobesco.com with photos of the issue.

  • Process: If approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label (if applicable) or instructions via Printful. Refunds or replacements are issued after the item is received and inspected, typically within 5–10 business days.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Personalized/custom-designed items are non-returnable unless defective. Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear are not eligible.

  • Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, excluding original shipping costs unless the error was ours. Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

  • Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to availability. If a replacement isn’t available, a refund will be issued.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Our Content: All content on the Site (e.g., designs, logos, text, images) is owned by [Your Company Name] or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

  • Your Designs: By submitting custom designs, you warrant that you own or have rights to use them. You grant us and Printful a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to produce and fulfill your order. We may refuse designs that violate intellectual property rights or our policies (e.g., offensive or illegal content).

  • Infringement Claims: If you believe your intellectual property rights have been violated, contact us at landryj@righteousrobesco.com. We comply with applicable laws, including the DMCA.

7. User Conduct

  • You agree not to:

    • Use the Site for unlawful purposes or to violate any laws.

    • Submit false, misleading, or infringing content.

    • Attempt to disrupt or hack the Site or its systems.

    • Use automated tools (e.g., bots) to access or scrape the Site.

  • We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Exclusions: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits, data loss) or for issues caused by third parties (e.g., carriers, Printful, payment processors).

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Robed in Righteousness Co., its affiliates, and Printful from any claims, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Site, or infringement of third-party rights.

10. Privacy

  • Your use of the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Site, you consent to our data practices.

11. Modifications to Terms
